Six Nations - a thrilling weekend!

From the 10th-12th November the two UDO qualifying teams, Amethyst and Spectrum, travelled up to North Wales in Prestatyn to compete against teams from the six nations countries (which even included Denmark, pretty cool!).

The weekend consisted of a popping and locking workshop as well as an 80s themed party on the Saturday evening and of course the highly successful performances.

Every dancer in DDA performed exceptionally well with Amethyst winning 3rd place and Spectrum earning 2nd place. Both teams have qualified for European and World Championships - our next step is getting Dimensional Elite and Illuminate to qualify next!

This is an amazing achievement and the dancers should be especially proud of themselves for qualifying.

We are all excited at the thought of being able to perform at World Championships, this is an amazing thing to aspire towards!
